National Philanthropy Day 2010: November 9
National Philanthropy Day is a luncheon hosted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Bluegrass Chapter. The event honors the philanthropists and volunteers in our region who really make a difference.
The 2009 event was a tremendous success, with over 400 people in attendance. We hope to exceed that amount for the 2010 event, to be held November 9, 2010 at the Hilton Lexington/Downtown.
Sponsors are now being sought for the event; each sponsor may honor a philanthropist (if the sponsor is a non-profit organization). All organizations who wish to reserve a table and honor a philanthropist may do so by clicking here. Individual seats (not at reserved tables) are also available here.
Pictures from the 2009 event are available by clicking here.
The Youth in Philanthropy Award is also open for nominations.
